Very Slowly

I went down again this morning, even if only marginally. I also decided on a fitness goal for September. I am going to try to do 120 mi of running, swimming, biking, stair climbing, etc. I am recording each workout on 3fatchicks, but will also keep a running total here. Here's to another day on plan.
