I guess I was doing something right this week. Now I just have to keep it up to see some progress again. I still have 28 mi left in my September exercise goal, which is a lot since there are only 5 days left.

Got Side Tracked

I seem to have lost all accountability this past week and see week 5 resulting in no loss. I guess it is possible for me to lose some tonight, but that will be the loss for the whole week as my weigh in today was the same as last week. I am headed to the gym now because I have to take a family friend to the Dr later today. I also have 39 more miles of exercise that I am supposed to do before the end of the month... better get crackin'!

After Four Weeks

Well, I can feel that this is becoming a habit. It really needs to be a lifestyle change so that it is permanent. I am exercising more often and even the days that I think I went crazy with my eating would have been 'diet' days to my old self. I haven't been as good with my diet the last two days. The scale is yelling at me, but I know it is just water weight from higher sodium foods. I hope to see it back down to normal tomorrow and then hopefully below that this weekend. I have lost 9.2 lbs in 4 weeks. I am pretty proud of that. I need to continue losing at this rate, even if it means trying harder. I really want to meet my Halloween goal. There are 6 weeks left and I have another 15.8 lbs to lose. I would like to lose 5.8 in the next 2 weeks so that I only have to lose 10 in October. My goals for after that are a little less than 10 each month to get me to 164 (healthy weight range) by the end of the year. I still have 50 mi of exercise left this month to meet my Sept goal.

Week 3 Results

I am a little frustrated that I am not losing weight faster. I have been on plan for 3 weeks now without cheating. Maybe I will do something to spice it up and see if it will kick start this diet. I am about 1 lb behind where I should be to make my goal by Halloween. Also, I have been the same weight for about 4 days now, so I should have a bigger loss soon. I get my bike back from the shop today. I can't wait to take it for a ride!!!

Very Slowly

I went down again this morning, even if only marginally. I also decided on a fitness goal for September. I am going to try to do 120 mi of running, swimming, biking, stair climbing, etc. I am recording each workout on 3fatchicks, but will also keep a running total here. Here's to another day on plan.

On The Road Again

I have started to go down again. I'm still not to where I hoped to be by now, but at least the scale is starting to cooperate again. I will just have to keep at it.

I bought a bike last night. I am super excited. I decided to go with one from Sam's Club because I knew it was better quality than the other 'big box stores' and they have a wonderful return policy if I don't like it. I have to wait for it to get here and then my dad and I will assemble it together. I kinda prefer that to someone at Walmart putting it together. This way we will make sure it is safe to ride. I am really excited. I also joined a ton of challenges on 3fatchick.com/forums. I think it will help motivate me to eat right and workout. All I know is that I can only try my best and that will have to be good enough for me.

Still Not Happy...

I am anticipating a not so great week 2 weigh in tomorrow. This isn't boding very well for the overall challenge. I set high goals that can not be achieved unless I manage to make every week count. I still have been on my diet every day and haven't cheated. I am hoping that since I have stayed on plan that I will drop a lot soon. I ate more calories yesterday than I have been recently, but other than some venison sausage and some bread crumbs, everything in the meal was on my diet. My dad made stuffed peppers and it was amazing. I have been going to the gym as well. I only got in a quick 30 min workout yesterday, but it is better than nothing. I am going to head off to the gym now so that I can try to break this slump I am in. We shall see tomorrow how this week went...

Going up?

I don't have an official weigh in number for today. I ran out of the house late for church before I could weigh in. When I got back from church, I did weigh and I was up - back to 204. This has to be water retention. I have not deviated from my diet, even though I could go to the gym more. I hope this goes down quickly and takes some additional with it as well.

Too Slow

Now this is starting to get irritating. I have been staying on diet yet I'm kinda stalled for the last couple days. I haven't even cheated... :-(  I will stick with it and hopefully see bigger losses soon. But this definitely means I am going to the gym today.
