Really doin' this

I may not have come back that day to post about food, but I've gotten on track. Saturday, was spent in the city with my family. I probably went a little over on calories for dinner, but I did perfect the rest of the day and walked about 8 mi. Today, I ran 4 mi (52min), and stayed on diet in the afternoon. I had a bit too many kisses this morning, but those are the last I will have until Halloween. I am very serious. I stocked the fridge with fruits, veggies, a roasted chicken, and all sorts of healthy food. I am also going to try to take my lunch all week - to make up for the grocery bill. I already have lunch and breakfast packed for tomorrow. I'll create another post after this for weigh-ins. I scheduled my first crossfit class for tomorrow after work. Eek! I hope I survive!
